“The pack contains one long sausage, i.e. the shape of a Cumberland Sausage. We fried it, divided it into 3 and served it with rice mixed with diced raw carrot, raw onion, celery, peas and sweet corn. Absolutely delicious although all three of us had the same complaint - we all wanted at least another inch.
I hope these are on sale again but I can't recommend them because that increases the chance of them selling out before I can order some more.”
“Great sausages, and a first for us. Very tasty, nicely spicy and packed with quality meat. We cooked them on the Green Egg and then teamed them up with the Swaledale Steak Burgers. Popped what was left of the sausage in an Italian roll the next day, flavours even better when cold. Will certainly buy them again and try them as suggested as a snack with a cold beer.”
