“These are hefty sausages likely to satisfy the strongest appetite. Very little fat escaped during cooking and the casing firmed / cloured well.
For my taste, they could have done with a couple more shakes of the salt cellar and twists of pepper into the mix but others, no doubt, will disagree.”
