“Beautiful, juicy, tasty and much bigger than expected. As versatile as the largest of chicken breasts and capable of much more. Only the best bred and healthily reared birds are both this big and this full of flavour. My current favourite serving suggestion is roasted, stuffed with mozzarella, basil and pomodorino tomatoes, lightly seasoned with a Chipotle grinder. Perfect with pretty much anything especially baby potatoes in butter, a fresh crispy salad or on this occasion a small serving of tricolour fusili. Will definitely buy again.”
