“I'm sorry not to rate highly as generally I don't have any complaints at all, however, I did think this chicken wasn't very tasty, so I am saying as I find. I cooked exactly as I would any roast bird but found it lacking in flavour. I might also have expected the giblets too, but perhaps you're not allowed to include these?”
“I arranged a surprise birthday lunch for my husband for 12 of us and I cooked 2 following a spanish recipe which inserts garlic butter/ butter under the breast skin then Dijon mustard spread all,over the chicken and it was delicious.. It not only served us all as much as we wanted but also gave the 2 of us another 4 meals plus chicken broth etc from the carcasses.. so a really tasty and reasonable meal to share with friends. Neither of us are that keen on chicken breast, preferring the darker meat but these are particularly tasteful and great diced and added to casseroles, paella or whatever. Very happy to find such good poultry.. and hoping they do turkey come Christmas!”
