“I feel that although the bacon is tasty and obviously quality I suspect that there is a lot of water injected to ensure it looks good to buy however, grilling or frying it tends to shrink rapidly, reducing in size considerably. This is unfortunate as I do find the quality of Swaledale meats of really excellent quality.”
