“I received my first delivery from Swaledale Foods this morning & was really impressed with the look of the products & the packaging and couldn't wait to get the frying pan out & make bacon sandwiches.
What a disappointment - I put the rashers in a dry pan and waited and waited - but not one drop of water appeared in the pan!
Years of boiling bacon when trying to fry it due to the amount of added water (even when cooking so called dry cured) has really frustrated me!
This bacon is to die for - just as I remember eating as a lad over 50 years ago - full of taste & not water.
