“Very pink with hardly any fat, looked nothing like the photo on the website, don't get me wrong it tasted fine, but not very different from what I could find at any supermarket, looking at your bacon options, you could offer some more interesting bacon, thicker cut, different cures, more fat for example.”
“We all love this really tasty bacon with any of the scrumptious sausages,an egg,mushrooms and beans,half a big tomato and buttered toast...naughty but nice!!....it's true all this wonderful Swaledale meat we have tried so far is so so flavoursome and really does remind us oldies of our growing up days when food was so full of flavour. You can taste the difference from alot of the supermarket meat and animals have a quality of life which is paramount.”
“It is a shame you do not have the option of thicker sliced bacon with the rind on. I will ask if this is possible next time, as then the bacon would be perfect! The bacon was nice but thinner than I expect from butchers.”
