I usually order lambs' liver but decided for pork as a change. It was wonderfully tasty and very well sliced too which saves having to struggle with slippery bloodied lumps. I flash friend it with some herbs and a little sherry and served with sauté vegetables and potatoes. A very healthy and tasty dish. My only gripe is there's too much for just 2 of us, so I'll have to remember to divide the pack before freezing. But I will order again.,I wish they did chicken livers too.

I have always bought lambs liver and beef liver, which I might add from Swaledale is superb, I regarded pigs liver as an inferior meat. Having bought pigs liver from supermarkets I found the quality of the meat poor. I bought the pigs liver from Swaledale intending to feed it to my dogs. By mistake I cooked the pigs liver for my son and I, what a revelation. The pigs liver is absolutely beautiful and highly recommended. Quickly fried in some garlic butter it literally melts in your mouth. Usually I save meat for my dogs and cats but not today. Unlike supermarket meat it is cut thinly and the taste is superb. I love all the meat from Swaledale it tastes like the meat of my youth and even without herbs etc it stands well just pan fried
