“I've been looking for smoked port belly for a long time, and finally found it :)
I sliced the pork belly and fried it in a cast iron pan. Served with potatoes and brown stewed beans (which is a Swedish dish that goes way back), it was perfect.
Just bought some more to add to the freezer.”
