Superb - have only recently discovered this. It is invaluable to have in the fridge and can be used in so many ways. Makes an excellent Spaghetti Carbonara

I've been looking for smoked port belly for a long time, and finally found it :) I sliced the pork belly and fried it in a cast iron pan. Served with potatoes and brown stewed beans (which is a Swedish dish that goes way back), it was perfect. Just bought some more to add to the freezer.
