I adore this Dry-cured smoked belly pork - I use it instead of bacon. I buy it quite frequently.

A superb standby - made spaghetti carbonara and a chicken liver and bacon salad with this joint. Really tasty in both dishes

I used this in a cassoulet and it helped to impart a great flavour to the dish and the meat was very tender and tasty.
