Initially I was shocked to find my joint of Belly Pork on the bone and disappointed as to know how to cut it after cooking. I need not have worried - this was the absolute best belly pork I have ever cooked and served. no i couldn’t cut it as i desired but the flavour of the meat and fat along with the crispy crunchie crackling outweighed everything else am a convert to Sealedale pork - thank you.

What a fabulous cut, crispy crackling backed up with tasty layers of fat and pork, what's not to like. So far we've tried this as a Chinese meal, a Sunday roast for the two of us, and as a barbeque style joint, cut up to fight over with friends. It never disappoints.

Unfortunately I have to freeze the meat when it arrives but alway keep one out to use fresh. The pork tasted like pork used to, it was lovely

I have had a few of these now, so good, the fat tastes clean and the meat very tender, its popular in my house.
