“Grateful to have discovered Swaledale as a reliable supplier of top qualiy mutton. Ordered a leg of mutton on two occasions. The parcel is very well packed, keeping thje meat cold and fresh. First time I tried boiled mutton with caper sauce, and the second roast. On both occasions the resultant dish was succulent, juicy, tender, and mst important rich and full of flaviour - just what I hoped for”
“Got a while leg that was a bit over 2kg. Cooked it for 4h and the meat just fell off the bone at the end and tasted brilliant. Fed 6 hungry adults with generous seconds very nicely.
The dog of course thought all her Christmases had come at once with the bone and small amount of gristle on it.”
