“My first order with Swaledale but certainly not my last! I ordered a leg of mutton to make Meera Sodhi’s lamb raan ( I thought the deeper flavour of mutton would be good with a spicy dish). The meat was flavoursome and delicious. I also ordered cotechini which I haven’t eaten yet but will do with lentils - looking forward to that !”
