“As it only arrived a few days ago, we have only had time to sample some of the diced lamb, which we used to make a Navarin of lamb dish that the whole family enjoyed immensely.
The meat was both delicious and succulent and can only be described as perfect. We also ordered some diced mutton which these days is very hard to obtain and are very much looking forward to using this in a curry in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended!”
“Juicy lamb cooked on skewers with onion, hollumi, red pepper after a night marinading with mint, lime, oil and seasoning. 15 mins on high BBQ heat and the meat was perfect, slightly pink and fall apart tender. Beautifull.”
