“This is the best leg of lamb we have ever had. The flavour was amazing and even the skin crisped up beautifully and was tasty. When I skimmed the fat from the roasting tin to make the gravy and put it aside, it was a solid fat - no watery juice coming out. My husband said it was just like when he was young. I can honestly say everything I have bought from Swaledale has been very good!”
