“Each pack contains four thick pieces which, depending on your recipe, willl serve three people. Supermarkets do not always stock lamb fillet and my local butcher charges a fortune so I'm glad to have found Swaledale Butchers. The cut is my favourite for slow cooked casseroles and curries.”
