Actually bought 2 Racks, the other is in the freezer and will be coming out next week.”
“I thought this was a nice piece. It was a bit to fatty for my taste and if you plan to smoke it you will have to definitely take of the bottom layer as it is a very thin meat membrane that just turns into jerky otherwise.”
