“Along with the short ribs these are fantastic slow cooked for 12 to 18 hours, the fat renders off and when cold can be removed and used for roast potatoes as a treat. The beef made the best steak pie ever. I have left reviews for the items I have used. Everything that I have purchased from SWALEDALE has been 1st class my only disappointment is that I didn’t come across these sooner. Will use probably once a month.”
