Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. All our produce is packed to order on the day of despatch, and none of our items are frozen. We do this to maximise shelf life - we’re not sure how we could adapt our systems to better this, particularly given our products are often aged prior to packing.
I’m aware some imported beef products have a longer shelf life - this is due to them being packed when very fresh/ unaged, which is something we would not consider from a quality perspective.
