“A beautiful piece of beef, I have never before opened a bag of raw beef and it smelt fabulous before it was even cooked! My 1.5kg piece was placed in a preheated oven (at 180c) for 1 hour and five minutes, then rested for thirty minutes giving us the perfect medium-rare joint. The wonderful flavour that keeps on giving and the juices made fantastic old fashioned gravy, a sure and easy to cook winner!”
