“Custom Rubber chaps, made by Regulation in 2012, the metal buttons started to deteriorate after 12 years, due to sweat, water, sometimes not cleaning, or not properly letting them dry after cleaning. Repairing rubber items is not easy, but for the price they charged, it is very reasonable. Thanks to Chris at the London shop who had to deal with my return item (rubber top) that I hastily bought the previous Saturday, which didn't fit. I returned that and shamefully asked if they could fix the chaps. The staff is very friendly, just as they were when located in Angel. Whoever did the repair did an excellent job, he/she/they are sure an asset to Regulation. Thank you.”

“A little disappointed my new suit had a glue issue but I appreciate Regulation repairing it for free under warranty. Although I’m not too sure how strong this new glue is.”
