“A seam in a Regulation latex jock was coming loose. The helpful men in the shop confirmed that the repair could be made, the cost and estimated time to make the repair. Keep informed as to return date which was as quoted. Now enjoying going out in the jock again.”

“Easy process to request a repair and quick quotation. The team give clear guidance on the process and set expectations of how long it would take. Item was repaired to an excellent standard, the tear is essentially invisible and the item is good as new. Received repaired item within the given timeframe.
