Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“I wanted to slow my cats dinner time as he guzzles his food. This was the most difficult one I could find and he cracked it in 2 goes! But it certainly works - would recommend this company.”

“Great coat, a bit expensive but very good quality. Lightweight & tough & does what it says on the tin - keeps the dogs dry! The photo shows them before their walk so they are looking bored.. they run around in the coats so not a hindrance & on our return only heads & feet need towelling off. Highly recommended.”

“I’ve bought several coats over the years, for little terriers as they get so wet running through the grass & mud but this coat keeps them mostly dry. Just a quick rub down with a towel & we’re good to go.”

“I can't fault this coat for my beardies and I'm delighted that I purchased them before the heavy rainstorms. These are the best coats I have bought over 30 years. Coats do agitate up and down with natural running movements, no matter how well fitting but this causes their long hair to tangle and mat! However, these coats are light, stay in place for hours on end and their hair remains mat free. Their long-hair keeps them warm in winter and cool in summer, but this coat will always keep them dry in all seasons and keep the cold wind at bay. My puppy of 9 months has one and although too large for him at present it suffices without restriction because of the adjustment ties and he looks as cute as a button. We go through woods and fields bramble free. When we return home, I just wipe off the mud from the coats with a damp cloth ready for a later outing.”
