Only been brewing a year(10ish kits in) so still quite new to the game, but this beer is definitely one of the best i`v made. Would highly recommend this kit. Great tasting pint and well worth the wait. I been leaving all my kits 5-10 days longer in the fermentation bucket than instructions say and haven`t been disappointed. I think this will make a lovely summer pint, so i will be ordering another kit mid winter so its matured for summer. 10 out 10.

First ever attempt at homebrew and genuinely surprised how good this turned out. I followed the instructions but added a cold crash before bottling and ive just tried a bottle after a week of conditioning in the garage and if I was served this in a pub I’d be happy. Glad I live local to love brewing as I’m heading there to get more of this.

Purchased this beer a couple of months ago, barrelled it and left ,for just shy of a month before tasting.Oh my word.As a previous reviewer stated, this is nectar of the gods.Creamy head which lasted to the bottom of the glass.Clear golden colour, and the taste, unbelievable. This is a beer and a half, and more.Pub quality without a shadow of doubt.

This was my first ever brew. Really easy. I had to leave primary fermentation for nearly 3 weeks as my ambient temp is 19 deg. All other instructions followed to the letter and I got a crisp, very clear, strong ale. When i make again I will only add half the hops to reduce fruity/citrus slightly. Other than that- superb. I'm into the second half of the keg so need to get another brew on!!

You can't get better than this, it is a great IPA. Down to my last 5 bottles and have another brew on the go.

I have been successfully making wine since building my man cave. I went into love brewing for some supplies when I was tempted to start brewing ale once again. The American Pale ale was recommended by a member of staff so I thought I would give it a go. I put the ale into a steel keg for the second fermentation and left to settle for a week before I started drawing it off via my beer engine to sample. "WOW" it's pure nectar from the gods. I have just barrelled another batch I am hoping to start drinking it on Christmas Day Cloudy or clear I don't care. I intend to continue making both ale and wine. "And no I don't have a drink problem".

Bottled 1st oct tried a bottle this evening 1st dec. So will improve with another month under its belt, Clean refreshing hoppy brew, Nice white holding head.Big hoppy nose. Its one of those beers you have to take a good swallow each time, quite moorish and drinkable with a hoppy bitter finish. be great with a crusty dark bread , very strong cheddar and a chunk of raw onion or pickles.
