“Good product, not the cheapest and the payment process is so hard it makes you want to use a different company. I wouldn't mind but we order loads of them but recently they have made it really hard to pay online. Sort yourselves before you start loosing customers.”

“The customer service provided by Emma was excellent, my loft hatch was damaged by the courier and this was taken care of right away. The loft hatch is an excellent product made of steel this allows it to be maintenance-free with no painting needed in the future. Considering that the product is made to measure, insulated and comes with everything you need to install it works out at good value.”

“The loft hatch was made to a very high standard and the powder coating finish of paint was excellent. I would like to also point out that the packaging was first class with no damage to the loft hatch. The reason I made a point about the packaging is that I have ordered some expensive items from other companies and the packaging has been of very poor standard. Have fitted the loft hatch and it looks great with the new ceiling. I'm very pleased with the loft hatch and recommend anyone thinking about using this company.”

“I needed a bespoke sized loft hatch and this SDS hatch fitted the bill. The quality is very good and the sizing accurate, which helped on installation. Overall very pleased.”
