“Well made to exact size, good looking, easy to fit providing the person holding it in place has muscles. Very pleased with the result, just glad my son has the muscle power. Instructions could be improved. It details the screw length but not diameter (5mm or No 10). Also calls for 16 screws instead of 12.”

“Instructions could be improved and a bit disappointed with the insulation - didn't expect it to be just a sheet of fibreglass wadding - something like Kingspan would have been better that doesn't collect dust. Overall looks neat now fitted.”

“This was easy to fit and gives a very unobtrusive finish, ideal in a bedroom. We didn't get notification of delivery though, which could have been an issue but wasn't.”

“wonderful improvement on the existing hatch, was made a few mm larger than I asked which made it a very tight fit, but it went in after shaving a MM off the opening. Looks brilliant too .”
