“The hatch was brilliant. Very high standard. As a company we will continue to buy this product.”

“Full marks! - Due to it being a bespoke hatch I was really concerned that the tight allowances we had for fitting the hatch may be lost in the translation to Jupiter Blue and we would have a hatch that wouldn't fit! After a few emails to JP they confirmed the tolerances and we ordered. Measured hatch on arrival and it was absolutely spot on - well done you guys. Hatch was easy to fit. Would have been easier if the hatch door could have been detached some how, but maybe due to it being a fire rated hatch this can't happen. Anyway, really pleased and the extra wide flange we ordered worked really well - although I only realised this was an option when emailing JP - maybe its on the website and I didn't see it as an option. Very pleased overall - Thanks”

“Excellent hatch. Good quality and easy to fit. A big improvement on the old timber hatch that it replaced.”

“Well made to exact size, good looking, easy to fit providing the person holding it in place has muscles. Very pleased with the result, just glad my son has the muscle power. Instructions could be improved. It details the screw length but not diameter (5mm or No 10). Also calls for 16 screws instead of 12.”

“Really good quality, exactly to the measurements, it fitted perfectly. It's definitely a two man fit as it is quite heavy. So glad I ordered this, it is perfect. Order arrived really quickly too.”

“Instructions could be improved and a bit disappointed with the insulation - didn't expect it to be just a sheet of fibreglass wadding - something like Kingspan would have been better that doesn't collect dust. Overall looks neat now fitted.”

“This was easy to fit and gives a very unobtrusive finish, ideal in a bedroom. We didn't get notification of delivery though, which could have been an issue but wasn't.”
