“My 3rd custom made fire rated loft hatch from JB. Excellent product and service. Custom made hatch is millimetre perfect and now have enough confidence to order with tight tolerances. Easy to fit, supplied with screws. Product is well packed on delivery, but would prefer less polystyrene.”

“Full marks! - Due to it being a bespoke hatch I was really concerned that the tight allowances we had for fitting the hatch may be lost in the translation to Jupiter Blue and we would have a hatch that wouldn't fit! After a few emails to JP they confirmed the tolerances and we ordered. Measured hatch on arrival and it was absolutely spot on - well done you guys. Hatch was easy to fit. Would have been easier if the hatch door could have been detached some how, but maybe due to it being a fire rated hatch this can't happen. Anyway, really pleased and the extra wide flange we ordered worked really well - although I only realised this was an option when emailing JP - maybe its on the website and I didn't see it as an option. Very pleased overall - Thanks”
