“Received my new loft hatch and I’m extremely happy with the quality and ease of fitting. It’s smart / discreet and low profile. The ordering process was slick, and as I had a change of mind (regarding the opening side) just after I had made the order after I simply called the team who simply amended the order without fuss and all was well. A+ for all round satisfaction”

“Between ordering and delivery, we could not find a fault. Only issue we had was the courier who decided to damage the 1st loft hatch and then cover it up badly. We got in contact with the sales team and provided photos of the packaging and damaged corner and without any fuss or fanfare another made to measure hatch was sent out. Installed it today and couldn’t be happier. Great product and would highly recommend. Many thanks”
