“I think the insulated loft hatch is a good piece of kit,we have had ours up now for over a month and it looks and works fine. It was fairly straight forward to install, definitely a two person job. My only criticism of the whole process was the delivery, I knew it had been dispatched but was not informed by the courier, when it was going to be delivered. We were away for a couple of days and when we got back the package was propped up by the front door, how long it had been there I've got no idea. It would have been nice to have known when it was arriving so we could make the appropriate arrangements.”

“I was a bit nervous about doing the measurements for my loft hatch in case I got them wrong. I spoke to a very helpful lady who talked me through it. My loft hatch fitted easily and perfectly. It looks really good and I can't help admiring it every time I'm in the hall! I have been inspired to paint the hall, so that I'm not letting my new loft hatch down! It has been really effective in cutting out the draught from the loft and I have noticed how my hall now stays so warm.”
