“1st one arrived damaged in transit, one of the corners had a crack straight across, Jupiter blue team very helpful sent a replacement. On opening the replacement the hinges had both snapped off...so I had to resort to using the 1st hatch sent. I chose not to request yet another hatch. The hatch looks really smart, the customer service is great and it was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend using Jupiter blue.”

“The product seems to be of a good quality. Insulation is the polystyrene type rather than PIR. Fast delivery, easy site to use and deal with.”
