“Ordered the loft hatch at the weekend and was delivered on the Tuesday After the courier had left the packaging was seen to be damaged at one corner and the loft frame was cracked, we contacted Jupiter blue and was asked to send an email along with photos of damage, two days later we were very pleased to receive a replacement. Great service from Jupiter blue would use again”

“Despite ordering over new year holiday, loft hatch arrived after a couple of days just in time to fit. This was straight forward and product is somewhat stronger than those available at many national DIY outlets and at a good price. Good seller.”
