Very well run virtual training course for SPIN covering all nine key behaviours. This course is based upon the world's largest research study of selling behaviours. Each virtual module and supporting e-learns help both explain the results of the research and provide key learnings for successful sales.

I found the whole experience really valuable, from the e-learning, which was easy to digest, to the roleplays during the classroom sessions and the workplace transfer activities that helped embed the tools and processes into my daily work. The facilitators, Katie and Rich injected lots of energy into the sessions and shared lots of useful insights. Thank you!

I attended the virtual four session SPIN Selling Skills workshops. They were informative, interactive and presented well by the trainer, Claire Conte. She made us feel at ease and had some great examples from her real life experiences in sales that she shared with us to explain certain elements of the session. Really enjoyed it and look forward to reflecting on the learning content and applying what I have learnt into my work.

Advanced, practically proven Selling Training. Very good insights for improving sales conversations. Couches Iam and Nikkie presented the insights in SPIN transparent and linked to the present and your work. Breakout sessions keep the interaction and attention span. I really love the concept of SPIN and try to implement it in my daily business life.

Great sessions delivered by quality trainers throughout. The pace and interactivity of the course was very appropriate and the resources very helpful. Could only really be improved if we could download the reference book!

Pre work was great. Learning system is also very simple and clear. I would have preferred the sessions to be condensed to 2 and for more roleplays where possible. Mix of people on the course made it challenging to be matched with people of similar experiences. The host and team were welcoming and upbeat throughout.
