The course, in my opinion, was a good exercise, well communicated, good content, Interesting and stimulating. I like the fact that SPIN is based on research and not theory. The way the course was delivered with a good mix of presentations and role plays kept me engaged throughout. Our trainer Clare was great and gave loads of good real world examples.
