It was a great over view of the entire spin model. It was great and interactive, and provided a lot of information for each stage. The only negatives would be the following: * Each hours should have been broken down with a break in between. Maybe not every hour, but 1 to 1.5 hours there should be a break. I was losing focus on the task at hand after that and was forgetting bits at the start of that session. * There should be more role-plays. A role play for each stage, such as Situation questions, Problem and follow-up problem questions, Implied Questions, need pay-off questions. The main problem I had was we had a role play for the problem questions, then had one for them all. The situations were also very complicated examples that could be changed to an easier one. We spent a lot of time trying to understand the situation, rather than how it would work in the SPIN model. * It should be changed to 3 days minimum. Starting really early and ending really late also hampered the learning. Again, this complies with he first problem that I have mentioned. Otherwise I would recommend a 3 day Consultative course as that will be the most helpful version.

Very interesting. It was easy to identify on areas where I can improve but it was also nice to realise that I naturally did some of the stuff too.

I found the course extremely helpful, interesting and fun. It gave me lots to think about, from planning for my meetings to knowing what questions to use and when. I thought Claire's training style was extremely effective and made the two day course fun and engaging. Thank you, Laura.

Really good information given, puts the online aspect of the course into context. Could have done with a bit more emphasis on selling the products (use of FAB) rather than just questioning. Overall really worthwhile.
