I found the course to be an excellent learning experience. The style of delivery was a good blend of formal learning, anecdotes, and practice which really helped to cement the learning. Already I've implemented some of the skills we learnt, especially developing the implied need to an explicit need rather than simply making the leap myself. Nicola's delivery was excellent considering she was new to training.

I thought the whole course was a thoroughly worthwhile endeavour. I left excited and looking forward to applying what I learned in real life settings. Would definitely recommend to anyone in sales

Very useful training - a good mix of slides and group work and real life examples of the SPIN method. Also good that we were off site - better for concentration.

I enjoyed the session with Huthwaite. Day 2 I found more helpful than day 1 as we started to work on more aspects of spin that I could directly take into my calls. One area for feedback would be to slightly modernize the session with more relevant examples and incorporate social selling as a part of the program as well.

I found the course interesting and very educational for my new role in sales from nursing . It was well structured and delivered and whilst I need practice it has given me all the tools to build my confidence in the new role

I thought that the course was very good. Having been on a couple of sales courses i was worried that it would just be the same but with a few changes. However I really liked the structure and the flow of the technique, i think it makes the call much more of a conversation which suits mys style.

A very informative course with a different slant to selling. Trainer Claire helped the course be educational but also fun.
