Very useful, nicely structured and balanced. Good,helpful presenters. Perhaps more time for the last phases of NPQ, and possibly also demonstrating capability and obtaining commitment? And more examples related to complex solution selling (i.e. more like when the product/solution can be tailored rather than just, say, a standard candle) would be helpful. Was a bit harder because people had very different sales experience levels, perhaps be more careful with the pairing up role plays, and for example if two folks from same place you should pair them up in role plays for maximum learning.

Excellent sales course. I was worried that as I had not sold before, that this would hinder me but actually SPIN is perfect for beginners to build a key framework and good habits early. I would really recommend the blended course so you can learn a lot of the content beforehand. This means that you can go into the 2 day training, prepared and ready to practice.

Great course learned all about how spin can be introduced into my daily selling. Jane made the two days enjoyable and easy to understand. John was very helpful too. (A Very good learning experience)

This course was very useful because it focussed on how to use the Huthwaite research and theory in real situations. There was a lot of opportunities to practice the SPIN model as well as applying it to our own jobs and industries.

I expected to have face to face consultative sales with an expert from Huthwaite. Doing the roleplays with our course mates does not guarantee you are correcting your previous mistakes, and it does nor guarantee you acquired the proper concepts provided in the course.

I thought the whole experience, including all of the on-line preparation, the actual 2 days and the post course material and activities available, make for a fantastic sales training package. Many thanks to the attendees as the group was excellent and worked together well both as groups, pairs etc and Clare and Jane were fantastic trainers. My only piece of constructive feedback was in respect of the size of the training room which was extremely small

This was a very informative and interesting sales course which covered aspects of sales I hadn't really considered before. Certainly some helpful topics raised which I hope will help in my current role.
