Pre reading was very easy to follow and presented at a good pace, however it took more like 3hrs rather than the suggested 2hrs. Classroom training was well taught and met all of my expectations/needs. be prepared for role plays! Being new to sales this course has provided valuable guidance on how to approach customer questioning and building up to closing an opportunity. I would definitely recommend this course.

Really enjoyed the course and got a lot out of it.# The theoretical framework provided and the practical roleplays were the two most valuable elements for me. A very good but intenseive 3 day course. Although I attended the course in the late 1990 I had forgotten some of the very principles that made SPIN such a great tool. I hope that this refresher will enable me to engage fully with modern selling principles and that this refresher will improve my sales outcomes.
