IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

We have been happy to use iqgo at our static caravan as there is no usable on-site Wifi. Good variable options for those going on holiday wherever.

I was recommended to go to this company earlier this year, for their Europe data policy. We are currently in Norway and have run out of data (25gb allocation of 100gb) and paid yesterday for a 10gb top-up., after discovering we can’t buy a new £75 package until our current months package runs its course. Now we’re waiting for the top up to be activated, which is annoying me — hour by hour (11 hours as I type.) This is not acceptable for a tech company, this should be an automated service, I am unlikely to renew my sim at renewal.
