IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Topped up again 100gb. Excellent service from IQ and I have to say that coverage from the ZTE mobile hotspot has been excellent all around the UK. The only issue is that the battery is now struggling to fully charge and hold a charge which is disappointing for a unit less than a year old.”

“Excellent coverage for price in UK, however still very expensive to use service in Europe. It’s a shame because I used the service in Europe last year without the data cap and it was brilliant. £20 for 100 Gb over 30 days. Now it’s £75 for the 100gb so might have to reconsider my options.”

“When I bought my new motorhome, I decided to have a wifi device built in. I made the decision to use IQ Mobile having read a number of reports and it has, quite simply, been brilliant. We have used it throughout England, Wales and Scotland when we completed the NC500. We had wifi throughout. Next month I will test it in France and In September in Italy but I have every confidence. I am extremely content with using IQ.”
