IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Exceptionally good product for intermittant use on holidays with our motorhome. Usage and remaining GB's is difficult to understand and the topping up process is not seamless However the staff did promptly resolve the issue in the middle of us watching the Olympics. Near perfect product for our needs.”

“Recently purchased the SIM card suitable for my WiFi system in my touring caravan, this was new to me as I’d only just had the WiFi fitted, so I was a little nervous hoping I hadn’t wasted my money. I needn’t have worried, I visited Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon the first week and Shrewsbury the second week, perfect signal for both areas, connected to mine and my wife’s iPhones and iPads with no problems at all. The package I paid for lasts 30 days and I was only on holiday for 2 weeks, so some might say that I’ve wasted 2 weeks, however not so. I don’t have to pay a monthly subscription, I just paid £20 for the SIM card, and I just pay for the monthly package I want for when I next go on holiday, plus it runs on the EE Network, so service pretty much everywhere. So if you have a touring caravan or motorhome, this is a perfect SIM card for you, especially if you’re still of working age and only have limited holiday entitlement a year and you’re only paying for when you want to use it and after 12 months just renew you’re subscription. Spot on service.”
