IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“We needed an esim for data around the Scandinavian countries over a 6 week period. I contacted IQ for advice. They provided an esim which has been fantastic. Help and advice is almost instant. I only encountered one issue which was resolved in minutes and I mean minutes. Connection has been seamless between 6 different countries, we could stream TV via the Firestick at all times, even at the North Cape, Norway and I don't know how but we had Internet access in the middle of the North Sea on the return ferry. We are going to continue using on trips around the UK and not bother with the troubesome digital tv signal. No throttling or restrictions just decide how much data you want, sit back and enjoy. A+”

“Finding IQ Go is an absolute winning formula for us. Family with three children all watching different things on various devices, any travel, UK or Europe is now covered. We plan ahead and charge up the SIM depending on travel period. Happily recommend this company as very friendly and helpful service, highly recommend the product as very flexible, excellent value and no fuss. Additionally I am not constantly bombarded with offers for other stuff I do not want. Great work IQ and I am a happy customer.”

“I purchased the 100g Europe sim for my motorhome wifi. No issues apart from the areas of Europe that don't have a strong signal. I called IQ and asked if there was an issue with my sim and they explained that I may be in an area that had a bsd service. They told me exactly where I'd been and what I'd used in GB's and where. Great service.”
