IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“Having received several emails to write a review I will start by explaining that whilst I feel the concept is great. However, despite ordering my IQ sim with express delivery it did not arrive on the scheduled date or even the next day. This is not necessarily a reflection on IQ mobile but the courier they use.”

“This was a first renewal - we've been extremely happy with the IQ Go sim and were very happy to renew. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that I found the process of renewal less than straightforward - I ended up being sent a further sim, which was not what I wanted. However, even then the excellent customer service from IQ Mobile sorted the problem very quickly.”
