IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

What a pleasant surprise for a company to provide goods and services as exactly described in their marketing campaign without variations or excuses. Ordered the subscription SIM, arrived with 36hours as stated, then purchased the 100Gb date bolt on, again no issue, was available to use within 25 hours. The couple of queries I did have were dealt with professionally and friendly manner by Frazer in the customer service department. I would recommend anyone deliberating about a mobile provider, to stop and just go with IQ. Apart from being a relatively new customer, I have no connections with IQ whatsoever. I just recognise good service and value when I see it.

This is our first time as customers with IQ And Being avid Motorhome travelers who spend a lot of time abroad, we have been looking for a SIM card deal that would be easy to use and cost effective. A friend of ours recommended it and so far it has ticked all the boxes, it was easy to set up and when I needed an answer to a specific question, I emailed them and got an instant reply which was followed up with a phone call. I must say that I have been most impressed with the company, there responses and their attitude towards the customer.

Having purchased the SIM annual subscription I had to reset my mifi router before I could use the SIM which, although it gives you one month's use does not include the ability to use the internet, just SMS and calls (the later not much use on mifi). I purchased a 100GB SIM card after receiving the annual subscription, but still have to receive the card six days later. I will need to contact customer services about this.

A great way use mobile data not just in the uk but overseas as well. Simply buy what ever data you need for a trip. Just top up when needed. Fabulous customer service always very happy to help.
