IQ Mobile is owned and operated by Peter Gradwell, a leading UK telecoms entrepreneur. His first business, Gradwell Communications, was founded in 1998 whilst at University in Aberystwyth and provides Cloud Telephony to over 20,000 UK small businesses.

In April 2020, Peter took over IQ Mobile, with a vision for a new type of mobile phone service that combines a high quality network, good value for money and a compelling offering that recognises the new more flexible, mobile way of working that so many of us are used too - but where we can also have a single phone device that respects our work/life balance.

Throughout 2020 and into 2021, we will be focused on innovating in the business mobile sector, adding Wifi Calling, 5G, Mobile Call Recording and other business class telephony features that the mobile world has long been looking for.

“SIM arrived quickly, added a bolt on for data, unfortunately after a full day of liaising with Peter via messaging and phone calls we couldn’t get the Sim to gel with my Teltonika router I was given a full refund the next day with email confirmation being sent also Customer Service by IQ was exceptional. I would not hesitate to use this company again”

“I ordered the IQ Annual Subscription but it took over a week to arrive despite a number of emails to complain. I eventually received my Sim after 9 days. Despite the fact that a second sim was posted on a 24 hr delivery which also took 4 days.”

“I bought the annual subscription and a 100gb data option at the same time for a trip to Italy, Switzerland and France. The sim went into an Avtex AMR985 WiFi system fitted to my motorhome. After a short initial teething issue with the Avtex module, requiring a factory reset, the whole unit and sim worked perfectly. Over the three weeks away I used about 80gb, and where ever we were, the sim connected perfectly (and on the move), to give us WiFi throughout. The annual subscription keeps the sim alive when the motorhome is not being used, and we look forward to loading it up again for our next trip away to Scandinavia.”
