“This was a replacement for a Halo vacuum which stopped working inexplicably. It is well balanced, more powerful than my last one; the roller is easier to remove and clean, the lights are brighter. It does a very good job. My only slight grouch is that the dust bags don't fit perfectly; you have to wedge them inside the rim otherwise it won't close.”

“Vacuum itself seems fine although it only comes with one battery which means you may have to abandon your vacuuming and recharge the battery (for several hours) before you can continue. My original Halo Capsule failed whilst under warranty, it's taken 3 months of chasing and I had to threaten legal action before they replaced it with this model, which doesn't seem like much of an improvement over the original. Their customer service is shocking, so I can't recommend the vacuum. Just hoping this one doesn't fail too.”

“The combination tool works great on our stair carpet, lifting the pile really well and also on soft furnishings. Battery charges quickly and is powerful, fingers crossed it stays that way! however, replacement parts and additional batteries look reasonably priced so hopefully, it won't be an issue.”
