“Delighted with my purchase! I’ve never had a cordless vacuum before and this does not disappoint! So light and easy to manoeuvre. Love that it can transform into a hand held so easily and therefore is super versatile. It makes doing my stairs so much easier! Also like that the dust is captured in a bag which is compostable. I’m hoping that will make emptying the collected dust easy (compared to the bag less vacuums where the debris goes everywhere when you go to empty the canister and you end up having to vacuum again!), but the dust canister has such a large capacity that I haven’t even had to empty it yet. Works well on all surfaces (I have carpets and laminate flooring) and so far, I haven’t come across anything it couldn’t pick up. Pet hair does not appear to be a problem (I have a black cat with cream carpets!). Battery life is also good and love the accessories (particularly the small motorised pet tool). For the next edition, perhaps incorporate the anti-hair wrap technology some other vacuums provide to make this the perfect cordless vacuum. Also, the bags were not the easiest to fit on first attempt but I think that might have been because I wasn’t used to doing it. Overall, I’m so happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this cordless vacuum, particularly for those who want something light, versatile, easy to manoeuvre, with a good capacity and great overall performance.”

“The Capsule is light to carry, quiet to operate and all the parts are very easy to attach and detach. But it doesn't seem quite as powerful as my previous cordless cleaner. However I love the fact it's British made.”

“Love this vacuum cleaner. I have wanted to buy a cordless cleaner for some time but could not decide on a brand. The Halo CapsuleX does everythig it claims, came very quickly and I find it really easy to use - great on dog hair!. The charging time is short and the run time very good! I really like to light at the front for dark areas, under furniture etc. I would defimtiotely recommend this product”
