“The Capsule X is much better than my Vax cordless vacuum. I love the way the hard floor tool actually pulls everything into it, not scattering dirt around. I bought this vacuum because I like the idea of a bag, and I have to say, I've been using it for a week and haven't had to change the bag yet! Normally this would have lead to several trips to empty my old vacuum's canister over the wheelie bin, with clouds of dust and dirt blowing back into my face. The Capsule X with its bag is so much cleaner! The Capsule X picks up cat hair beautifully, and I love the way ALL of the attachments can be stored on the wall mount bracket, it just keeps everything so tidy! The battery seems to last as well as expected and charges fully in a couple of hours. All in all, I'm very impressed.”

“So far so good - have used extensively for a week & I'm impressed. 3 power settings & the power brush offer plenty of choice (the boost setting is certainly powerful). Product is very well made, lightweight & the tools are easy to change. So much better than previous cordless vacs we’ve owned. Find I prefer bags to bagless, much less dust & mess.”
