“Halo. Is very good suction good easy to use only thing I’m not happy about as I’m disabled I find it hard to hold for to long as it bit top heavy for me as got lot off arthritis and it hurts if I try do all rooms in one go”

“So the product was very good! I really enjoyed it and thought you know I think this is the best cordless I’ve had but then the battery didn’t charge. No problem I contacted customer service on 20th May and they said they would send out a new one. It’s now the 4th June and I have been out of a vacuum for 2 weeks now. I chased it up today and they said because they sent through Royal Mail it can take up to two weeks. I know Royal Mail is bad but have they sent it 4th class or something? There has been no mention of compensation money back. I used this hoover for a week before it essentially broke. I am now returning it and going back to more trust worthy brands”

“Excellent machine. It does everything it says and it's very easy to use. The only minor criticism I have is that the cleaning heads are narrow so more passes are required.”
