“I already owned and loved the less powerful original model, so this was a 2nd purchase for a new apartment. The heavier clip on battery makes this less balanced than the basic model in use, but the cleaning power and battery life is brilliant.”

“I have had every hoover under the sun and not found one that is perfect the halo is not bad I just find how the handle and battery are placed makes it heavy after a while All said it’s not a bad hoover power ok seems to pick up ok”

“Quite pleased with my new Capsule X however I have a few things I'd like to say. Firstly I'm finding it very heavy on my wrists as I'm using. I do have arthritis but I think it would be quite tiring to use for anyone. The other thing is the accessories- they are quite bulky and there are several so if like me space is limited they could be a pain to store. As for how well it performs I am happy with it but I have to pick up larger bits as the Capsule doesn't want to know. My previous vacuum, Gtech Pro 2 picks up everything so am a bit disappointed. The charging time is very good as are the battery life and the bag capacity. I must say I wouldn't have been happy paying the full price for this item but as it was being sold at a discounted price I am happy to keep it.”

“I was very pleased with the New Capsule X it came with all attachments and a hard floor roller. It's well balanced to hold, easy to turn on and off and easy to change attachments. It's slightly heavier but well balanced with the battery. Glides over the floor easily and I like having dust bags - no more clouds of dust when emptying or smells.”

“Worst customer service ever. Do not recommend. Have been trying to resolve a very simple issue since 9 April via phone, email, contact form on their website and Facebook messenger. Gives an extremely poor impression of the company and does not bode well for anything in the future, especially when you have to order replacement bags from them. All very apologetic but empty promises. Very disappointed. 2 stars because the Vacuum cleaner itself is good.”

Please send the correct parts and a pre paid pack for the other. Thank you”
