“Picks up really well, and the different heads do their jobs brilliantly. Would prefer an alternative storage method to the wall mount like some sort of floor-based parking/storage, as we don’t have any spare wall for the hanging mount, and would also have liked a docking type charger rather than just a plug-in cable, but these are minor gripes when the vacuum itself does such a good job where previous handhelds have let us down. I would definitely recommend at least the two battery bundle if your cleaning regularly takes more than 30-40 minutes, but the X has slashed my vacuuming time with its versatility, ease of use, and cleaning ability.”

“I am impressed with the way it is made aand how all the parts fit onto it. It is most efficient on the carpets and the hard floor head is especially useful on my oak flooring. The suction seems to be very good indeed. It works well on my stairs carpet and it is easy to manipulate.”
